AODN and Hohai University will host the 18th Asia Organization Development Network (AODN) Congress, together with AODN members from Asian countries, from October 17 to 19, 2025, in Nanjing, China. This important event focuses on the key theme: “Integrating OD, HR, and Change Management: Strategies for Sustained Success and AI Literacy.” In an era of rapid technological growth, this summit addresses a vital question for Asian organizations: how to harness AI and digital transformation while preserving the essential human element that drives genuine innovation and resilience.
We live in a world of endless digital connection, yet genuine, deep organizational cohesion can seem increasingly hard to find. This congress goes beyond the surface-level “connectivity” of networks to explore how we develop authentic “presence” within our organizations.
